With extreme color intensity this cosmetic metallic pigment creates stunning effects. The pigments need to be applied on top of a primer or any grease-based make-up which results in a highly concentrated shine. Mixing Pure Pigments Metallic with Mixing Medium creates an effect of liquid metal. This results in an exceptional reflective quality that dries to a durable finish.
